Historical Resource and Reserve Estimates

The reader is referred to the technical report by Karelse et al. (2008) for an extensive overview of historical resource and reserve estimates for the Property.

The following mineral resource estimates are based on prior data and reports prepared by previous operators. The mineral resource estimates have not been verified and the mineral resource estimates, therefore, cannot be treated as NI 43-101 defined resource verified by a qualified person. The historical mineral resource estimates should not be relied upon, and there can be no assurance that any of the mineral resource estimates, in whole or in part, will ever become economically viable.
